More affordable condos do come on the market in this area, but will not have river views. However, you will still just be by the river, so it is definitely worth a look!

Just across the river from Fort Langley is McMillian Island. This beautiful island is home to Brae Island Regional Park and provides great walking and biking trails. There is also the Kwanten First Nation Cultural Centre that is a must see if you make it out to McMillian Island.

Getting Around In Fort Langley
Fort Langley transit has good links to the Greater Vancouver Area. Fort Langley is known for hosting the Cranberry Festival every October. It started in 1995 and has become a staple in the community and the surrounding areas. There is music, local vendors, and games for the kids. In recent years the attendance for this festival has been around 60,000 people.
Two other more local events include the Bloom Market and Food Truck Festival. The Bloom Market is a series of markets throughout the year that enables local vendors to sell their artisan goods. The Food Truck Festival is held in September and features a number of food trucks in the area, with some exceptional culinary options.
